Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the bnd.in.ua website collects, why, and how long it keeps it. It is written for this site: there are no accounts, no personal dashboards and no advertising networks here, so there are none in the policy either.

Who is responsible

What we receive

Through the request form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email and the text of your question. Only the name and phone are required - without them there is no way to reply.

Technical data that a browser sends to any website: IP address, browser type, page address. We do not link it to a person and do not store it apart from the server logs.

We do not collect passport details, bank details or documents through the site. If you become a client, documents are exchanged under a contract, not through a form on a page.

Why

The form data serves one purpose: to answer your enquiry and quote a price. The legal basis is your consent, given by the checkbox under the form, and performance of a contract if you become a client.

We do not send newsletters and do not pass contacts to third parties for advertising.

Who else sees it

Nobody, except where the law requires it - on request of a court or an authorised body, in the manner prescribed by law.

Technically a request passes through our server and, if notifications are configured, through an email provider and Telegram. Those services see the request as an ordinary message.

How long we keep it

A request is kept for up to three years from the date it was sent: that is the limitation period for obligations. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so within ten working days, except for data we are required to keep under accounting law.

Cookies

The site sets two: a technical one that protects the form against request forgery, and a language one that remembers your chosen language. Both are needed for the site to work and contain no personal data.

Your colour theme choice is stored in the browser itself and is never sent to the server.

There are no analytics counters, tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this site. If any appear, this page will be updated before they go live.

Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine "On personal data protection" you have the right to know what data of yours we process, to receive a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, to withdraw consent and request deletion, and to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

To exercise any of these rights, write to buhgalterianadoloni@gmail.com. We reply within ten working days.

Children

The site is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with its date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
