These terms describe how the bnd.in.ua website works and what it means legally. In short: the site is a shop window and a reference, not a public offer and not advice.

Who owns the site

What is here, and what it is not

Prices, service descriptions, the deadline calendar, the calculators and the articles are reference information. They are not a public offer under Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine: the price of work is set by a contract after we look at your situation.

The calendar and the calculators work from the general rules and the published figures. They do not account for your particular case: a local single tax rate, exemptions, suspended activity, mistakes from earlier periods. Any decision you make on their output is your own, and we are not liable for its consequences.

Rates and limits are published with the date they were checked and a link to the source. The law changes, and there can be a gap between a change and our check - before paying, verify the current wording or ask us.

A request is not a contract

A request sent through the site means you are interested and agree to be contacted. It creates no contractual obligation, for you or for us. Work begins once the scope and the price are agreed in writing.

What you may do with the material

The texts, calculations, images and design of the site belong to the owner. You may read them, save them for yourself and quote them with a link to the source. Republishing them in full, selling them or passing them off as your own is not allowed.

Links to other sites

We link to official sources: legislation, the taxpayer's cabinet, public registers. We are not responsible for the content or availability of other people's sites.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site up, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service: there may be maintenance breaks and failures in services beyond our control. The site may change without prior notice.

Personal data

How we handle the data from the form is described in the privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in court under Ukrainian law.
